Thoughtfully expanding existing homes with seamless design and considered construction.
-
A new home, without leaving the location you love.

Considered developments, built to a higher standard.
From dual occupancies to carefully selected townhouse projects, Kesici Built brings a quality-first approach to residential development. Practical construction knowledge, disciplined project delivery and considered detailing come together to create developments that feel resolved, enduring and distinctly removed from mass-market construction.
NOT A VOLUME BUILDER.
And intentionally so.
Kesici Built was created around a different approach to residential construction.
We believe the best outcomes come from being genuinely involved — understanding the project, knowing what is happening on site and maintaining a clear line of communication throughout the build.
That means taking on a considered number of projects, working closely with clients and trades, and never allowing growth to come at the expense of quality.
Quality. Integrity. Craftsmanship.

About Kesici Built
A modern building company built on experience.
Kesici Built is a Melbourne-based construction company specialising in custom homes, extensions, renovations and boutique developments.
Founded by Aydin Kesici, a qualified builder with over 12 years of industry experience, Kesici Built was created around a simple philosophy: build properly, communicate clearly and never compromise on quality.
From the first conversation through to handover, we take a considered and transparent approach to every project. Our focus is on delivering beautifully executed homes that are designed to last — with craftsmanship you can see in every detail.
Quality isn't an upgrade.
It's the starting point.
At Kesici Built, we intentionally focus on a considered number of projects.
It means more attention on site. More direct involvement. Better communication. And greater control over the details that ultimately determine the quality of your home.
Your Questions, Answered
How early should we engage your team?
The sooner we collaborate, the more value we can add. Early involvement allows us to shape zoning strategy, budgeting, and design decisions that influence profitability.
Do you handle construction management?
Yes. While some clients hire us solely for pre-development services, we also offer full construction oversight to ensure quality, timeline, and cost control.
What types of builds do you specialise in?
Kesici Built specialises in custom homes, knockdown rebuilds, home extensions, major renovations and boutique residential developments across Melbourne. We focus on considered, high-quality residential projects where craftsmanship, design and attention to detail are central to the build.
As a boutique Melbourne custom home builder, we intentionally take on a select number of projects so we can remain closely involved throughout the construction process. Whether you’re planning a new custom home, extending or renovating an existing property, or developing a small townhouse project, our approach is centred on quality workmanship, clear communication and a highly personal building experience.
